Visual was started by me John Williams some ten years ago now, I have been in
the trade now some twenty six years, my background has always been mainly in
the service sector and starts from working on such items as revox reel-reel,Nakamichi,quad,
Bose, Teac,Laney,Peavy,Carlsbrough,HH,multichannel mixers,and Pro Disco kit
such as formula sound,Citronic, etc.After working on this pro hifi and disco
sector for many years I moved over to the video industry,where I worked on all
formats such as Betmax,U-matic,highband,low band,highband sp,digi beta, BVW
UVW PVW,also on camcorders
tr,ccd,ccd-v,vision mixers SEG2000,MX50 MX10,MX12,AVE5 etc and now SONY HVR,
Dsr ranges such as models 11,25,35,40,200,250, pd150, pd170,and 1080HD such
as Z1 etc,all makes and models of TV and pro monitors sony PVM, CVM, and JVC
BR ranges. I have seen and worked on them all I have also been on many courses
to keep me at the top.
